In 2020, this multi-stage project involved the replacement of a fine fluids bed dryer and conveyor rebuild. Beginning with a disassembly of the existing structure piece-by-piece, a new burner flange was then added. The shell body was then constructed and welded, followed by insulation and cladding. The conveyor was rebuilt below the structure to allow for efficient product flow, as well as the top suction ducting replaced. Through coordinated efforts by our ironworkers, scaffolders, millwrights, and boiler makers, the project was completed safely and successfully.
