This scope of work took place at SaskPower’s E.B Campbell Site near Tobin Lake. The project included excavation of the area and using tampers to achieve compaction. After compaction testing, the transformer pads were formed and poured, with anchor bolts installed. Heating and hoarding was required due to the winter temperatures. The tasks were completed without any safety incidents or injuries.
